The National Post has a report from the set of Sid’s new movie, Inescapable, where things are going so well, director Ruba Nadda sounds shocked: “It’s just been one of the smoothest film shoots I’ve ever been on. I’m going to be honest, I didn’t expect it but its just been really unbelievable.”
Ruba also reiterated why she’s working with Sid again:
Inescapable also reunites Nadda with Siddig, Cairo Time’s leading man, and the director is quick to praise his abilities, whether it’s performing his own stunts or conveying the intense emotions of a father on the brink.
“He’s just honestly one of the most solid actors I’ve ever seen in my life, and so I thought if I’m going to blow my career, go down in flames, risk it all, I’m going to risk it all on Alexander,” Nadda says. “He’s just nailing it right now.”
