Last night Mel called me to let me know that Mike Rich was being interview on TBN (Trinity Broadcast Network) and they were also showing clips from the movie. I ran upstairs in time to catch the rest of it, although I had already missed maybe 10 minutes of it. I also found the same interview was being run on TCC (The Church Channel). It was a wonderful interview and the clips they showed made me even more excited about this movie. It's so real! By that I mean, the human element, with emotional reactions to situations, make this movie very different than what some of us grew up with and it's refreshing. I will have to bring tissues with me because I was crying just watching these clips. Not to say it's a sad movie, and really, I cry at anything these days. The particular scene that touched me was when Mary was telling her family about her pregnancy. I guess it struck pretty close to home and perhaps that's why it moved me so.
