I'm not one to read what everyone else is reading. I usually shy away from the bestsellers and the Oprah book club, but I had seen a lot of people reading this book, so I had to investigate.

It is a memoir by James Frey, about his stay in a rehab. What is unique about this account is it is a day by day account. He makes you feel like you are standing there with him through this ordeal.

There is strong language and very strong and graphic scenes, so if you don't like reading about 'body functions' or hearing the F word used on every other page, then pass it by, but if you want a good compelling read, I suggest it.

A Million Little Pieces by James Frey.
