T. Blakley
Hello everyone,

I am not here to add any spoilers or what not lol.gif , but I must say that the movie was pretty good. Any movie that you watch about the life and passion of Jesus is a great movie to watch. Our boy Sid did yet another fabulous role as the Angel Gabriel, but I think he could have did a little more...such as bringing a plague, casting fire from the sky or roughing up a couple of folks for not doing the Lord's work. wink.gif All in all the movie was good. I enjoyed Sid's part as Gabriel and ohhh my word he can be my guardian angel anyday, with the curly locks OHHHHHWEEEE!!!

Have a good one!

But that wasn't in the Bible! The plagues were back with Moses.

Yes, he was great in this movie (and he DIDN'T get killed this time).

I'm almost positive T. Blakely was being facetious. I laughed!

Yes, it was amusing to think of the Angel Gabriel as a superhero roughing up the bad guys, but I also liked the apology for the spoiler. Yeah, we have to be sure not to reveal the plot of THIS movie!

While I was watching I was trying to mentally hurry up the movie to the parts where Sid came on, and when he did, I was all excited.

Kinda like "Titanic". It's like, "I wonder what's going to happen to the ship." DUH! lol.gif

I finally watched "The Nativity" tonight. Yes I'm a year late, I realize that. I had two options, the other being Syriana. While dressed in white for both, Sid made a wonderful Gabriel and I didn't have to watch him get blown to bits. The movie was very gentle and nicely done.

"The Nativity Story" is probably going to become a Christmas classic that they show on TV every Christmas Season in perpetuity. I think it's so nice that Sid gets to be in a movie like that.

I would like that, but I fear that advertisers prefer the secular, "Santa" version of Christmas. Time will tell.

It's certainly one of my Christmas classics, along with While You Were Sleeping, Love Actually and Elf. smile.gif
