I just recently heard that in the Sudan Muslims who convert to another religion can legally be put to death. I think that we in the Western world and Asia don't realize how fortunate we are to be able to follow our consciences. Indeed I think we take religion so much for granted. (I hope I'm not breaking Forum rules here by bringing up religion---I guess it's just that time of year.)

Whatever your beliefs, keep warm over the holidays. cold.gif

That´s very hard.

I´m not very religios. I belive in god but not in the catholic church. I think god is in my hard and therefore I needn´t a church to pray to him. That´s just my opinion.

Hello:

It is so sad that on these times, such things are happening. I find it also very scary. We should be thanking God every day for the blessings that we have and my heart goes to those over there who are not as fortunate as we are. May the Lord have mercy on them and grant them the grace of freedom, peace and tranquility. Not to mention the possibility of escaping to another place where they can worship in any way they want. I wish for them the best.

It's true; a vast number of those Sudanese refugees that George Clooney is talking about are there because they're Christians.
