Our original fanfic productions continue! We are delighted to present “Little Achievements”, a fanfic script written by Elmie K-E / @almaasi that celebrates the everyday. The script was performed live during two meetings of the Sid City Social Club in August 2020.
Set 20 years after the end of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, “Little Achievements” takes a look at where Garak and Bashir are now and turns subtext into text.

Beautiful, Loved it!! Thank you so much everyone!! 💖🖖
It was a great play and a wonderful acheivement for all involved. I enjoyed it immensely.
I absolutely cannot tell you all how much this meant to me. My husband and I met when we were kids and flirted for eleven years before getting married (another eleven years ago). We experienced Star Trek together – our love for it is one of the few things we agree on. Garak and Bashir were always a constant source of delight for us. I have the sofa all made up to watch this with him the second he gets home.
In addition to the incredible representation, the acting is as incredible as ever. You stay true to the characters and remain completely believable. Even without the elaborate sets and carefully constructed costumes and layers of prosthetics, Garak and Bashir are still fully-formed, complex people.
Thank you to the author, the actors, and the entire creative team!
Update: he loved it, and we’ve started our fourth watch of DS9. We probably need an intervention tbh
AS USUAL…I JUST LOVE THESE TWO TOGETHER. I wish DS9 was just starting.
Achieve nothing, Appreciate everything. That was a truly beautiful line and sentiment. Amazingly written and delivered!
