Star Trek Memorabilia

In 2009, I was gifted with several boxes of Star Trek memorabilia from Gayle Stever. Gayle founded Siddig’s fan club, The Doctor’s Exchange, which later expanded to include other DS9 actors and was renamed Far Beyond the Stars. Gayle is one of the OG psychologists studying celebrity, fandom, and parasocial relationships. In the 1990s, she focused much of her research on Trekkies, specifically fans of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and spent a lot of time with the cast and creative team on the Paramount lot. In the course of her research and running the fan club, she accumulated a collection of unique items. A decade later, a cross-country move inspired Gayle to downsize. She sent me boxes of memorabilia, much of which I only glanced at before putting it in storage.

Fast forward to the summer of 2025, and I’m finally cataloging what was in those boxes. Imagine my surprise to discover a trove of what are now archival documents detailing the production of DS9, especially during the final season. These documents were given to Gayle by production staff and cast members. While these documents were commonplace on set, few survived, and even fewer are available to collectors.

I’ve bundled the documents by episode and, when available, included additional relevant items such as scripts, promo stills, trading cards, and even a hand-drawn map. When you click the buttons, you’ll be taken to a Google Drive folder with detailed information and photos for each bundle.

Prices listed are based on the number and rarity of items in the bundle, as well as the original signatures included. Shipping is free within the continental United States. Please email me at mel[at]sidcity[dot]net to inquire about shipping outside the continental U.S.

Cataloging these items takes me about an hour per bundle, so I’m listing them as they’re ready. These are the episodes still to be cataloged:

A few Star Trek: Voyager Call Sheets

Glossary

Television Production Report (TPR)

A Television Production Report (TPR) is a written record of a single day of production on a TV show. This double-sided, legal-size (A7) green sheet of paper includes the date, name of the episode, name of the director, how many scenes were shot that day and how many scenes remain for that episode, how many hours were shot, how many sound rolls were used, which sets were used on which stage, cast and crew on set that day, and notes about cast and crew member changes such as a camera operator leaving early and being replaced by someone else or a cast member being pulled to work on a different episode. The TPR also includes a section where cast members sign in when arriving on set.

These TPRs were completed by the script supervisor, and the information was later entered into a computer. It’s my understanding that after the paper version was no longer needed, most were recycled, but some were given to Gayle, who later passed them along to me. Unless otherwise noted, the handwritten portions of the TPR are original, including cast signatures.

Call Sheet (CS)

A Television Call Sheet (CS) provides advance information to the cast and crew about a specific day of production. The CS includes which cast and crew members are needed on a specific day, what time cast members are to report to makeup and wardrobe, what time they are to report to set, notes about rehearsals, which scenes are being filmed on which sets, props and special wardobe instructions, and more.

The CS was photocopied and provided to each member of the cast and crew. First drafts are on blue, legal-sized (A7) paper with revisions copied on pink, yellow, buff, etc. Note that any CS included in these bundles is a photocopy, not the original. However, despite being commonplace on set, or perhaps because they were so common, most were tossed in with recycling. The few that survived are true collector’s items.
